台湾用户电能管理整合智能电网的技术发展与展望

摘要

以客户端电能管理系统为出发点，介绍了台湾智能电网相关技术发展及计划推动起源与现状，并针对配电系统中分布式能源整合技术进行深入浅出说明。主要介绍了智能家庭（建筑）电能管理系统、自动需求响应系统、配电系统分布式能源电能管理系统、数据采集与监控服务系统以及电能转换通信控制接口等关键技术演进，并汇总了目前已完成或进行中的示范系统建置，介绍了目前台湾相关技术发展现况与未来趋势。%This article introduces the smart grid developing technologies,the origins and current states of related projects in Taiwan based on customer-side energy management system’s point of view.Besides,the integrated technologies of distributed energy resources(DERs)are described in detail.In the article,the technologies of smart home(building)energy management system(H(B)EMS),automatic demand response(ADR),DER energy management system(DER-EMS)and energy conversion and communication interface(ECCI)are introduced. Additionally,the information on demonstration systems and associated key technologies development in Taiwan is stated in the article.Through this article,ones can understand the development status and future trends of the related technologies development in Taiwan.
