中低压配电网无功优化综合协调控制系统研究与设计

         

摘要

为增强中低压配电网无功补偿和电压调控能力,提高中低压配电网无功综合管理水平,文中提出了一种中低压配电网无功优化综合协调控制系统,将分散在变电站、线路、配电变压器等子节点的无功补偿智能控制装置的相关数据通过通信技术集中起来进行统一优化与决策,在无功补偿就地平衡的基础上增加对补偿控制的综合协调,实现电压无功的联合调节,从而实现整体上的优化效果。可实现区域整体的平衡,同时最大程度地通过多套装置配合动作,减少电容的动作次数,延长设备寿命。%To enhance the medium and low voltage distribution network reactive power compensation and voltage regulation capability, achieve fine management of reactive power, and improve the integrated management level of reactive power for medium and low voltage distribution network,the paper presents an integrated and coordinated control system for the reactive power optimization of medium and low voltage distribution network. Related data scattered in reactive power compensation intelligent substations, lines, distribution transformers and other sub-node control device is gathered together through unified communications technology for optimization and decision-making, and the integrated coordination for compensation control is added on the basis of reactive power compensation balanced locally to achieve joint regulation for voltage and reactive power, thus the global optimization would be achieved.. Unlike bottom-up pattern of local control , integrated and coordinated control system for the reactive power optimization focuses on the overall regional balance, which brings a regional variation. Meanwhile, the action times of capacitor reduced to extend the service life of devices by coordinating the actions of multi devices as much as possible.
