基于大数据的配电网规划智能辅助决策平台研究与应用

     

摘要

Distribution network planning is the most essential section in the development of smart distribution network, however,the traditional methods can not satisfy the new requirements due to the new age of‘big data’ and‘Internet plus’. This paper analyzed the data and functional requirements for big data based smart decision support planning system for distribution network,and then introduced the plan for the development of such system for power grid based on enterprise cloud, including the systematic and informatics architecture,as well as the plan for system integration and deploy. It is urgent to accelerate the development of distribution network planning platform. It is important to develop big data based smart distribution network planning system so as to enhance the efficiency for system planning and operation.%配电网规划是智能配电网发展与建设的首要环节,传统的配电网规划系统和方法已不适应“大数据”和“互联网+”时代的新要求,迫切需要加快配电网规划平台建设。文章详细分析了新形势下电力企业对配电网规划智能辅助决策平台的功能定位、功能需求和数据需求;介绍了基于电力企业云平台构建基于大数据的配电网规划智能辅助决策平台的实施方案,包括功能架构、信息化架构、数据支撑、系统集成及部署方案等。构建基于大数据的智能配电网规划设计辅助平台,对于全面提升智能配电网的规划设计和运行管理水平,具有重要的研究意义和应用价值。
