体验式电力安全实训系统的设计与实现

摘要

Ensuring safety of production is the primary task of power company. Due to the specificity of power enterprise professional work,safety training and education for enterprise employees must be enhanced practically. Based on State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company Skill Training Base,an experiential electric power safety training system is designed,and the electrical and physical practical training area based on safety knowledge points and the safe operation training area based on work flow are built up. The safe working sense is introduced into the safety education training course so that the students can experience the serious harm caused by various unsafe behaviors in the power operation and learn how to protect themselves,publicizing safety culture,cultivating safe behavior habits,and enhancing safety operation skills.%保证安全生产是电力企业的首要任务，由于电力企业专业工作的特殊性，必须切实加强对企业员工的安全培训与教育。文章依托江苏省电力公司职业技能训练基地，设计了体验式电力安全实训系统，建设了基于安规知识点的电气体感实训区和基于工作流程的配电线路（设备）安全作业实训区，将作业安全体感导入作业安全教育训练课程，使学员亲身体验电力作业中各种不安全行为对人身和设备所造成的严重危害，并学会如何做到自我防护，从而达到有效宣贯安全文化、培养安全行为习惯、提升安全作业技能的目的。
