广域多层信息下的10kV架空配电网馈线故障定位

             

摘要

Most of the distribution network in small and medium sized cities in China adopt 10kV overhead feeders,and the distribution automation level are low. Insulation transformation of 10kV overhead trunk lines has been completed,which reduced the failure rate of the main line,but the fault rates branch lines are still very high. This paper focuses on the research of distribution network fault location of branch lines,and proposes a fault location method using fault information collected from fault indicator and distributed intelligent terminals. The 10kV overhead distribution network fault location method based on wide area multilayer information achieves complementary of fault information,coordinated operation of devices,information transformation of branch lines,reducing the requirements of the fault indicator in measuring accuracy and flow setting,showing operation state of lines clearly,solving the problem of coordinated operation of devices in the transformation process from simplified distribution automation based on fault indicator to advanced distribution network automation model. The feasible and effective of the proposed method is verified by simulation and engineering results.%我国中小城市的配电网多采用10kV架空馈线,且配电自动化水平较低。现阶段针对10kV架空主干线路进行了绝缘化改造,降低了主干线路的故障率,但是分支线路的故障率却仍然很高。文章重点研究快速准确的配电网分支故障定位,提出利用故障指示器和分布式智能终端两者采集到的故障信息进行故障定位的方法。基于广域多层信息下的10kV架空配电网故障定位方法,实现了故障信息互补、装置相互配合以及分支的信息化改造,降低了对故障指示器测量精度和过流定值设置等方面的要求,清晰地表明线路运行状态,解决了基于故障指示器的简易配电网自动化模式向高级配电网自动化模式转化过程中的装置配合问题。经仿真和工程实例验证,表明该方法可行、有效。
