220kV线路垂直双分裂630导线带电作业提线工具的研制与应用

         

摘要

成都地区新建220kV架空线路普遍采用2×LGJ-630/45导线(简称630导线)垂直排列架设方式,630导线质量大、线径粗,带电更换悬垂绝缘子串时,现有提线工具在抗拉、抗剪强度上存在安全隐患。为此,专门研制了一款新型提线工具,并进行了性能试验,其额定抗拉负荷达30kN,可以满足成都地区新建220kV线路垂直荷载要求。工程应用表明该套工具安全、方便、快捷,有效解决了220kV垂直双分裂630导线悬垂绝缘子串带电更换问题。%220kV overhead vertical-arrayed 2×LGJ-630/45 line(630 transmission line)with heavy weight and coarse diameter is generally built in Chengdu area.To replace suspension insulator string without interruption,the existing line-extracting tools have safety hidden danger at tensile and shear strength.Therefore,a new line-extracting tool is developed with 30kN nominal tensile load which is able to meet the requirement of new 220kV lines in Chengdu area.Engineering application shows that the tool is safe,convenient,fast and effective,which effectively solve the problem of suspension insulator string live replacement on 220kV vertical-arrayed double-bundle 630 transmission line.
