架空导线处于杆塔最顶部,由于风的作用以及不均匀覆冰的作用使得绝缘子两侧拉力不平衡,容易造成导线固定部分的磨损甚至引发掉线事故。文章分析了导线利用现有方法固定在复合绝缘子上存在的问题,结合实际工作需求,提出了改进的导线固定作业方法,设计了一种新型免扎线绝缘子,并介绍了实际应用情况,最后对其安全效益、经济效益和社会效益进行了分析。%Overhead conductors,which is in the top of the tower,is blown repeatedly by wind all year around and covered by uneven ice make the tension on both sides of the insulator imbalance,causing the abrasion of fixing part of wire and even lead to accidents easily.Problems for the method to fix the wire on the needle type composite insulator and stanchion composite insulator are analyzed.Combined with practical work,a improvement method and a new type of line insulator without binding are expounded.The application scope of the improved method is determined according to the actual situation.Finally,safety, economic and social benefits are analyzed.
