主动配电系统的可靠性评估研究

         

摘要

High penetration of intermittent distribution generation has brought a series of problems,which against the secure, economic and reliable operation of distribution systems,and thus,the concept of active distribution system emerged. Because of intermittent distribution generators,responsive loads,energy storage devices,and the introduction of their active coordination control and management,the traditional reliability evaluation theory and method for distribution systems are unable to meet the requirement of active distribution systems,which is confronted with numerous challenges.This paper introduced the reliability evaluation framework of active distribution systems from three aspects:reliability evaluation models,reliability indices and evaluation algorithm,which are all validated in an actual distribution system.%高渗透率间歇性分布式能源的接入,给配电系统的安全、经济和可靠运行带来了一系列的问题,主动配电系统应运而生。在主动配电系统中,间歇性分布式电源、响应负荷、储能装置等分布式资源及其主动式协调控制与管理的引入,使得传统配电系统的可靠性评估理论与方法无法适应,主动配电系统可靠性评估面临一系列新的挑战。从可靠性评估模型、评价指标及评估算法三个方面详细介绍了主动配电系统的可靠性评估体系。最后,通过实际算例系统验证了所提评估体系的有效性。
