设备资产统一目录在设备全生命周期管理中的应用

摘要

As asset intensive enterprises,power grid companies highly dependent on assets.Currently power grid companies manage assets according to the functions of departments.Due to the different focus and targets of different departments,and the lack of communications between different departments,it is hard to establish correspondences among the production facility ledgers,asset cards and actual equipment,making it hard achieve facility life cycle management dynamically and systematically. In this paper a new method is proposed to solve this problem.By building facility assert unified catalogues,the classifications of assets of different departments of China Southern Power Grid can be unified,which will lay a solid foundation for the facility life cycle management of power grid companies.%电力企业作为资产密集型企业,对资产的依赖程度较为突出.目前电力企业普遍采用基于职能的资产分段管理模式,各部门的关注重点与目标不同,欠缺协调沟通,导致设备的生产台账、资产卡片、现场实物无法对应,难以系统、动态地实现设备资产的全生命周期管理.为解决这一问题,提出了通过编制《设备资产统一目录》,以统一南方电网各管理部门对于设备资产的分类,为实现电网设备资产的全生命周期管理奠定坚实基础.
