残障儿童生存现状及福利服务分析

摘要

The disabled children are relatively weak even in disadvantaged groups. Most of them became disabled due to illnesses. Their families usually took the heavy burden produced by disabled children, because of lack of correspondingly welfare service. As a result, many families fell into poverty and even abandoned their disabled children. Therefore, it’s an urgent task to improve welfare services to them. This paper explored the basic condition, urgent demand and existing problems in disabled children’s livelihood in China. It probed into practical policies and solutions for the disabled children’s welfare service, in line with China’s national conditions.%　　残障儿童是我国弱势群体中的弱势群体，其绝大部分是因病致残，由于相关福利服务的缺失，残障儿童造成的沉重负担基本上是由其所在家庭独自承担，导致这些家庭由残致贫，甚至出现遗弃残障儿童的现象，因此，针对他们的各项福利服务亟待提高。本文就中国残障儿童目前生活的基本状况及其迫切需求以及存在的问题进行研究，探讨适合中国国情的可操作性强的残障儿童福利服务对策及解决方案。
