残疾人社会工作理论与实务研究

摘要

残疾人社会工作就是专业社会工作对残疾人工作的介入。残疾人社会工作具有其伦理学、康复价值观等特征，其专业方法主要为个案社会工作与小组社会工作。残疾人社会工作从专业手法进行的“助人自助”介入，从专业技术层面扩展残疾人福利项目，是对残疾人保障与公共服务的补充和深化。从而扩展残疾人社会保障体系与服务体系建设的内容，推动残疾人事业的发展。%Social work for the disabled is the intervention of professional social work to the undertaking of the disabled. With characteristics of ethnics and rehabilitation value, the professional methods of social work for the disabled are social casework and social group work. Social work for the disabled intervenes with professional methods of“help people to help themselves”, expands welfare projects of the disabled through professional techniques. It’s of great importance to social security and public service of the disabled. The social work for the disabled is a positive tool for expanding construction of two systems for the disabled and promoting undertakings for the disabled.
