康复是帮助残疾人恢复或补偿功能、平等参与社会生活的重要手段，是残疾人实现权利的首要条件和基本前提。社区康复是社区发展的一项策略，目的是使广大残疾人享有有平等的机会和达到社会一体化。社区残疾人康复服务站对于运用社区资源满足残疾人的基本康复需求、促进残疾人的社会融合取得了积极成效，香坊区康复服务站建设具有一定的代表性。由于各地条件的差异，康复服务站在建立实施过程中经历不同的发展阶段，也存在一定的问题，需要从实际情况出发，加大建设力度，切实提供服务能力，以适应残疾人不断扩大的康复需求。%Rehabilitation is an important way to help the disabled people to recover or compensate functions and participate in social life equally as well as the primary condition and basic premise of bring about the rights of the disabled people. Community rehabilitation is a strategy of community development, in order to enable every disabled person get equal rights and social integration. Community rehabilitation service stations for the disabled have made positive progress to satisfy basic rehabilitation needs of the disabled by community resources and promote social inclusiveness for them. Xiangfang District is a typical example in terms of rehabilitation service station construction. Due to different local conditions, rehabilitation service stations in different places have undergone different development phases as well as different problems. It’s necessary to enhance construction efforts, improve service abilities to adapt to the increasing rehabilitation needs of the disabled.
