纬编织物密度高精度快速测量仪的研究与开发

摘要

The density of weft knitted fabric is its one of important structural parameters and key factors for its weight. Its measurement is vital for the manufacturing and using. According to the needs of measuring,detailed introduces the development of a new instrument for high-precision vision measuring the density of the weft knitted fabric quickly and accurately. This instrument makes use of Embedded System and machine vision. It stretches the weft knitted fabric before measuring and calculating. The density comes from calculation. The successful development provides a platform for measuring the density of weft knitted fabric.%　　纬编织物密度是其重要的结构参数之一，是影响产品重量的关键因素，它的测量对于产品的生产和使用都非常重要。根据测量需要，试制出纬编织物密度高精度快速视觉测量仪的实验样机。该样机利用嵌入式机器视觉技术，对纬编织物进行无拉力状态下测量和伺服拉伸后测量，再通过计算处理得出密度信息。该样机的成功研制为纬编织物密度的机器测量提供了平台。
