当前图书馆普遍开通面向用户的微信公众号服务,加强用户资源建设对提升图书馆微信公众号服务至关重要.通过调查分析国内"双一流"建设高校图书馆的微信公众号服务发现,大部分微信公众号服务暴露出重基础服务轻延伸服务、重知识资源轻用户资源、重推送信息轻互动交流的问题.对此本文提出构建用户资源系统,针对用户行为进行阶段性重点建设,面向用户资源建设调整服务策略等全面优化微信公众号服务的思路框架.%The service of the library WeChat public number is user-oriented, and it is essential to strengthen the construction of user resources for the innovative library WeChat public number service. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the construction of WeChat public number service in the double first-class university library in China, and finds out that the interactive communication services construction of most of the university library WeChat public number is not perfect. At aching more importance to fundamental service, knowledge resource and pushing messages, but less to outreach service, user resource and interaction. Therefore, this paper puts forward a framework of user resource system, focusing on phased construction and adjusting service strategies based on user resources, in order to ful y optimize WeChat public number services.
