船用低速柴油机机座机架焊接检验案例分析

摘要

Based on field quality inspection cases and taking certain types of low speed diesel engines as examples, typical problems which are easy to be ignored during bedplate and frame welding process are emphatically summarized. On the basis of CCS rules, technical drawings and the processing techniques, these cases are analyzed and treatment suggestions are put forward in order to direct marine low speed diesel engine bedplate and frame welding and inspection.%依托现场质量检验案例，以部分低速柴油机机型为例，总结了低速柴油机的机座和机架焊接过程中容易忽略的典型问题；依据船级社规范、技术图纸和工艺进行剖析归纳，并提出处理意见和建议，为船用低速柴油机机座机架的焊接和检验工作提供参考。
