基于知识库的注塑模设计系统研究

摘要

A knowledge-based injection mold design system (KIMDS) isintroduced in this paper. It's a new intelligent aided design system based on UNIGRAPHICS software, in which product models are created to save design data and methods in object-oriented method. The system can help to accelerate the injection mold design and improve mold design qualities significantly. The function model, product model and the structure of the system are mainly described in the paper.%介绍了一个基于知识库的注塑模设计系统KIMDS。KIMDS系统采用面向对象的方法构造产品模型来存储设计数据和设计方法，是一个基于三维实体造型软件UNIGRAPHICS的新一代智能辅助设计系统。使用该系统可以缩短注塑模设计周期，提高模具设计质量。文章主要介绍了系统的功能模型、产品模型和结构。
