前地板工艺分析及修边冲孔模具设计

摘要

介绍冲压上常见的大型覆盖件的冲压工艺方案确定过程，并以S01农用皮卡车“前地板”为例，针对此件外形复杂，成形深度大，模具加工周期长，成本高等问题，进行详细的冲压工艺分析，确定合理的冲压工序，且着重介绍修边冲孔模具的设计要点及简化模具加工工艺，降低模具成本，缩短制模周期等措施。%The paper introduces the process that how to make sure stampingtechnology of a large cover, and takes the fornt floor of S01 PK in agriculture as an example to analyze the stamping technology and establish the proper press process based on complex shape, deeper forming and longer production circulation. The design key point of trimming-punching die is also discussed.Some better measures, such as how to simplify the process, how to reduce cost and how to shorten production circulation, are presented.
