冲裁模卸料弹性元件的选用和计算

摘要

介绍了适用普通圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧国标和聚胺酯弹性元件国标所给参数的弹性元件设计方法。并提出弹性元件的预压力大于卸料力，弹性元件最大压缩量小于弹性元件的最大许可压缩量，应作为冲裁模卸料弹性元件设计时的两个限制指标。%In this paper, the design method of spring component isintroduced based on given parameter, which is suitable for national standard common cylindrical coil compression spring and national standard polyurethane spring component. It is pointed out when the pre-stressing force of spring component is larger than the stripping force, as well as the largest compression value of spring component is less than the largest permissible compression value, it should be as two confined indexes.
