水龙头活动手柄注射模设计与优化

介绍了水龙头手柄注射模的设计过程,包括塑件的工艺分析,成型设备的选择,模具结构的分析.通过模拟软件,进行了模流分析,其中包括了熔接痕,填充结束时的压力,总体变形量,困气等,并对一些模具主要零部件尺寸进行了校核,以确保设计出的结构能够保证模具运用方便.%This paper gives a detailed description of the design process of the injection mold for the handle of the faucet, including the process analysis of the plastic parts, the selection of the molding equipment, the analysis of the structure of the mold, and so on. Through the simulation software, the model flow analysis was carried out in the later period, including the weld mark, the pressure of the filling end, the total deformation, the trapped gas, and so on. After that, some main parts of the mold were checked to ensure that the designed structure can guarantee the convenience of the mold application.
