一种软硬模辊式冲压模具的结构优化研究

         

摘要

根据一种软硬模辊式冲压模具在使用中易出现上下辊的操纵性差、板料冲裁加工变形大等情况,对模具的下辊高度的调整机构和凸模进行了改进优化设计.包括对下辊高度的楔形盒机构进行优化设计,使上下辊的水平度更易得到保证;优化凸模结构形状,使凸模在冲孔后的板料塌陷度得到改善,提高了冲压件质量.%In this paper, according to a kind of soft and hard die roller stamping die, it is easy to appear the poor control of the upper and lower rolls, and the deformation of the sheet blanking process is large. The optimization design of the adjusting mechanism and punch of the lower roll height of the die is carried out. The optimum design of the wedge box mechanism of the lower roll height is made to make the level of the upper and lower rolls easier to be guaranteed; the shape of the punch is changed, and the collapse degree of the sheet after piercing is improved, improve stamping parts quality.
