Electroplated diamond wire saw is a kind of incising tool made in process of electroprecipitating the diamond grits on the steel wire matrix. The application and progress as well as the manufacturing methods of electroplated diamond wire saw, and all kinds of electroplated diamond wire saw were introduced. The further research trends of electroplated diamond wire saw were also forecasted.
