氧化铝-氧化铈核/壳复合磨料的性能测定

     

摘要

以α-Al2O3为核、以氧化铈为壳,制备氧化铝-氧化铈核/壳复合磨料,并对其性能进行测定.使用激光粒度分析仪测定粒度分布,使用FD-TC-B型导热系数测定仪测定复合磨料的导热系数,使用分光光度计测定透光率.氧化铝-氧化铈核/壳复合磨料的粒径分布较集中,导热性能较单一磨料好,透光率小,分散性能好,浆料质量浓度达到2%时,抛光效率最高,适合玻璃抛光.%The performance of compound grains, which are made with α-Al2O3 as core and the ceria containing Ce3+ as shell, is discussed. The size distribution is measured by laser particle size analyzers. The coefficient of heat conductivity of the compound grains is tested by the FD-TC-B thermal conductivity measuring apparatus. The light transmittance is measured by spectrophotometer. Results indicate that the compound grains perform well in luminousness and dispersibility, so they are suitable to polish glass. Meanwhile, the size distribution is narrower and the heat-conducting property is better than that of single abrasive. When the slurry concentration is 2% , its removal rate reaches the top. Based on those results, the compound gains of alumina-ceria are good materials for glass polishing.
