铬对金刚石润湿性和把持力的影响

     

摘要

以 Al 基结合剂为基体,研究了加入不同质量分数 Cr 的 Al-Cr 合金对金刚石的润湿性的影响。以Al-Cr 合金为基体,加入金刚石,用热压烧结的方法得到金刚石节块,测量了节块的抗弯强度。实验结果表明:在 Al 中加入质量分数为3%和5%的 Cr 对金刚石的润湿性没有改善,但可提高把持力。把持力提高的原因是 Al 基基体和金刚石之间反应生成了一层中间物,加强了 Al 基结合剂和金刚石之间的黏结,提高了胎体对金刚石的把持力。%With Al-matrix bond as matrix,the wettability of Al-Cr alloy with different Cr mass fractions on diamond was studied.Taking Al-Cr alloy as matrix,added with diamond,diamond segments was fabricated by a hot pressing method,and the bending strength of diamond segments was measured.Results showed that the addition of 3wt% and 5wt% Cr in Al matrix did not improve the wettability of Al-Cr alloy,but increased the holding force.Reasons for the increase of holding force was that an intermediate layer was formed between the Al-matrix bond and diamond,strengthening the bond between Al matrix and diamond and increasing the holding force.
