The IEEE Communications Society(ComSoc)is happy to be joining with the China Institute of Communications(CIC)to announce that beginning with this January,2013 issue,China Communications is fully co-sponsored by our two societies.Professor Junliang Chen,an outstanding editorial leader,will continue to serve as Editor in Chief,aided by three distinguished
