Using the shooting argument and an approximating method, this paper isconcerncd with the existence of fast-decay ground state of p-Laplacian equation: Apu＋f(u)=0, in Rn, where f(u) behaves just like f(u) = uq - us, as s>q>np/(n-p) - 1.
