Efficacy Analysis of Laparoscopic Lateral Abdominal Wall Suspension in the Treatment of Uterine Prolapse

Objective: the purpose of this study was to analyze the efficacy of laparoscopic lateral abdominal wall suspension in the treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods: 20 patients with uterine prolapse who were admitted to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment were selected as research samples. The samples were divided into groups according to the random number table method, including 10 cases in the research group and 10 cases in the routine group. The patients in the routine group were treated with anterior pelvic floor reconstruction, and the patients in the research group were treated with laparoscopic lateral abdominal wall suspension. The clinical treatment effect, postoperative complications, surgery-related conditions, sexual life quality and functional efficacy of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared, and the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Comparing the surgery-related conditions of the two groups of patients, the surgical indicators of the study group were better than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The quality of sexual life of the patients in the study group was significantly improved (P < 0.05); The functional efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared, and the functional efficacy of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with uterine prolapse, laparoscopic lateral abdominal wall suspension should be used for treatment. This treatment method can improve the quality of sexual life and surgery-related indicators of patients, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications. At the same time, it can also improve the functional efficacy and clinical treatment effect, and the application effect is very significant.
