运营商可以利用云计算的弹性和可扩展性等特点，实现业务平台的快速部署和扩容，同时降低投资成本、提高设备利用率、实现节能减排等。然而，运营商的云平台建设标准尚需进一步探索，为此本文对云计算的服务模式以及利用云计算进行平台建设的特点和思路进行分析探讨。%Telecommunication operators can build value-added service platforms based on cloud computing service. This way is valuable since it can help achieve rapid deployment of platforms, reduce investment cost, improve utilization rate of equipments and thus conserve energy and reduce emission. As the relevant technology specifications are stil on studying, in order to promote the application process, it provides reference ideas for the development of value-added service platforms based on cloud com-puting.
