基于用户行为的语音业务隐性问题挖掘及优化研究

         

摘要

从用户行为入手,研究用户感知与隐性问题间的相关性,首先建立基于用户行为特征的隐性问题检测模型发现问题,之后通过多数据源支撑、现网拨测等一系列手段综合发现、定位和解决现网中的隐性问题,从而为现网隐性问题的优化提供有力的支撑,并为其他业务质量优化提供借鉴。%  It discusses the correlation between user perception and recessive problems based on user behaviors, and establishes a re-cessive problem detection model based on user behavior features, after that, multiple optimization methods, such as multiple data sources, cal quality test, and so son, are used to discover, locate and resolve the recessive problems final y. The research can provide strong support for solving the recessive problems in mobile network, and provide a reference for other services quality optimization.
