Proper earthing and bonding of ICT equipment can provide a high level of shielding which is very important for safety of person and equipment against dangers and damage,and for continuity of service requiring. The earthing and bonding of 400V DC ICT equipment in data and telecom center are described,including the earthing and bonding network of building,the bonding net-work of ICT equipment,the interconnection between these two networks,and the 400V DC power system earthing arrange-ment. These processing methods of earthing and bonding may also be applicable for ICT equipment in other location.%ICT设备适当的接地和连接可以提供很好的电磁屏蔽，对于确保设备和人身安全以及通信业务的连续性至关重要。阐述了数据和电信中心的400 V直流数据和电信（ICT）设备的接地和连接，包括建筑物的接地和连接网络、ICT设备的连接网络和这2个网络之间的互相连接，以及400 V直流电源系统的接地安排等。这些接地和连接的处理方法也适用于其他场合（例如无线基站、用户机房）的ICT设备。
