高清语音编解码技术研究

摘要

针对高清语音编解码技术进行深入研究，分析高清语音编解码技术基本原理，并结合理论分析、试点城市测试结果，对比了高清语音编解码技术方案性能。根据数据分析，引入高清语音编解码技术后语音性能获得提升：与应用AMR-NB 12.2 kbit/s相比，语音质量MOS值提升约为0.4，而网络KPI指标，如连接建立成功率、码资源利用率等无额外需求变化。%It studies adaptive multi-rate-wideband codec technology deeply, analyses the theoretical and test results, in the end com-pares the performance improvement of the HD voice with the traditional codec technology:compared with AMR-NB 12.2kbit/s, MOS of AMR-WB 12.65kbit/s improves 0.4, yet KPI remains the same.
