基于AHP的电信运营商移动业务套餐评估研究

         

摘要

Package is one of the marketing tools to get mobile users and win the market competition. Its use wil directly affect the devel-opment of mobile service of telecom operators. How to evaluate the value of mobile business package is the issues that tele-com operators should focus on when they deal with competition and improve efficiency in the use of cost. It attempts to start with dimensions of user, income, business amount and so on, uses the AHP to build evaluation model of the mobile business packages, evaluates and analyzes the packages, in order to put forward some targeted recommendations to support the mar-keting management of telecom enterprise.%套餐是获取移动用户、赢得市场竞争的营销手段之一,其运用的好坏将直接影响电信运营商移动业务发展。如何评估移动业务套餐价值的高低,是电信运营商应对竞争、提高成本使用效益应关注的问题。尝试从用户、收入、业务量等维度入手,运用层次分析法构建移动业务资费套餐评估模型,对套餐进行评估分析,以期提出有针对性的建议,支撑电信企业营销管理工作。
