本文分别对用户体验设计相关的UCD、ED和UE要素三大理论的核心观点进行了简要阐述,从产品安全性、可用性、吸引力和满意度四个维度提出了“放心”、“省心”、“动心”和“舒心”四大用户体验设计服务标准,合理地解析了体验与情感的紧密关系,并阐述了用户体验要素之间的逻辑关系,为广大产品设计师进行用户体验设计实践提供理论指导。%This paper briefly demonstrates the core view of the three theories about UCD, ED and UE which is related to user experience design. From the four dimensions of product safety, availability, attractiveness and satisfaction, this paper proposes four user experience design service standards of“reassurance”,“convenience”,“desire” and“comfort”, and reasonably analyzes the close relationship between experience and emotion, and expounds the logical relationship of user experience elements, so as to provide theoretical guidance for product designers to practice user experience design.
