Sichuan cuisine is one of the eight regional cuisines in China, which has a long cultural tradition and has important position in al parts of the country. This paper is combined with the regional culture of lingnan area, environmental creative design of sichuan cuisine restaurant in lingnan area is analyzed. By doing research on the regional culture and the characteristic of lingnan area, certain references are provided, hoping sichuan restaurant in lingnan area can obtain rapid development and be better able to adapt to the local ethnic cultures.%川菜是中国八大菜系之一,有着悠久的文化传统,其在全国各地都有重要的地位,作为中国南方的岭南地区也不例外,本文主要是结合岭南地区的地域文化,探讨川菜特色餐饮在岭南地区的环境创意设计,通过对岭南地区地域文化特色,川菜餐饮发展现状及两者的融合研究,提供一定的参考借鉴,旨在为川菜特色餐饮在岭南地区能够获得快速发展及更好适应当地的民族地域文化。
