It starts with briefing the awards and outcome in the latest years, and points out that the innovation mode of GAC DESIGN is a typical integrated innovation in the domain of car styling design management, by analyzing its running mechanism, organization, management system and culture. Combining with examples, this article illustrates the characteristics of Guangzhou Automobile, such as integrated user-oriented innovation, innovation and sustainable development, balance between efficiency and quality, balance between quality and innovation, integrated innovation and artisan spirit complementary. Moreover, the article elaborates the key characters of GAC DESIGN’s innovation mode, and summarizes the remarkable signiifcance for Chinese car brands.
