摘要:中职学校的实训教学有其内在的基本特征,其核心要素包括“环境与角色”、“任务与进程”、“作品与强化”;从这三个方面六个要素出发,可以优化实训教学的效果;于一线的教学改革而言,这样的优化是一个渐进的、可操作的过程。%There exist some intrinsic characteristics in the practical training teaching of secondary vocational schools , which key elements include environment and role, task and procesure, works and stress. These elements chould optimize the effectiveness of practical training teaching . As to the practical teaching reform , the process of optimization is gradual and operational.
