网络教材的研究，需建立在深入研究课程改革实践对网络信息技术的实际需求，了解教育信息化发展现状和未来信息社会对人才培养需要的基础上。因此，网络教材的开发涉及从内容编写到功能设计，从技术整合到网络化运行等方面统筹规划的工作。网络教材的研发应以国家课程标准为指导，以优质纸质教材内容、框架为依据，整合优化多媒体教学资源，构建以网络信息运行模式为载体的、开放的、互动的、共享共建的立体化教材。网络教材的设计和编辑应该在这样的研发目标下尝试创新。%The on-line teaching material research requires us to make a research on the practical requirements of curriculum reform to the on-line information technology, understand the current educational information development and the requirements of the future informational society for students＇ cultivation.
