个性化教学模式的实践探索

摘要

Individualized teaching is based on the idea of cherishing every student, with the characteristics of caring for students＇ difference and with the aim of promoting students＇ individuality. Individualized teaching can be explored in the five models： the co%个性化教学，以“珍视群体中的每一个人”为基本出发点，以关注学生的差异为特征，以促进学生个性发展为目标。在教学实践中，着眼于学生的学习差异，构建了个性化教学五种主要的教学模式：集体指导补充模式、学习进度模式、学习起点模式、学习顺序模式、课题选择模式，并对每种模式的具体操作流程进行了梳理和提炼。
