驻波热声发动机板叠温度分布的红外观察

         

摘要

为了深入研究热声板叠中的能量流动和分布,采用红外热像仪对自行设计搭建的驻波热声发动机板叠进行了温度场观测,重点分析了起消振过程中板叠的轴向和径向温度分布变化.实验结果表明:在起振时,板叠轴向中部的无量纲温度会出现突然升高并随之保持平稳.通过分析不同板叠安装角度下的板叠温度分布,首次发现自然对流会使起振前板叠的径向温度分布不均,且温度分布的不均匀程度主要受充气压力的影响.系统起振后,自然对流造成的温度分布不均匀效应逐渐消失.%To investigate the energy flow in thermoacoustic stack, the stack of a self-designed standingwave thermoacoustic engine was studied using an infrared camera. The axial and radial temperature distributions during the onset and damping processes were analyzed. The experiment results indicate that dimensionless temperature in the middle of stack will suddenly increase when the system onsets and then keep constant. After analyzing the temperature distribution of the stack with different stack installation angles, it shows that the natural convection will cause the uneven temperature distribution in radial direction of stack.The axial temperature unevenness of the stack mainly depends on charge pressure. The uneven temperature distribution due to natural convection will gradually disappear after onset.
