强磁场下铑铁温度计的磁致电阻效应研究

         

摘要

The magnetoresistance of Rhodium-Iron thermometer for temperatures from 2 K to 300 K and in magnetic fields up to 16 T was described. The magnetoresistance of Rhodium-Iron thermometer increases obviously with the increase of magnetic fields and decrease of temperature between 2-77 K, and is little above 77 K . The magnetoresistance is 70.94% at 2 K and 16 T, and is -0.2% at 300 K and 16 T. The temperature error arising from magnetoresistance increases with magnetic fields between 2-10 K, and it's 11.13 K at 4.2 K and 16 T. The Rhodium-Iron thermometer is not recommended for use below 77 K and above 4 T in magnetic fields.%以铑铁温度计为研究对象,研究了其在0-16 T磁场下、2-300 K温区内的磁致电阻效应.结果表明:铑铁温度计在0-16 T场强下,2-77 K温区内磁效应随场强的增强和温度的降低而明显升高,77-300 K温区内温度计受磁场的影响较小,其中在16 T、2 K处,以及16 T、300 K处的磁效应分别为70.94%和-0.2%.由磁阻引起的温度计测量误差在2-10 K温区内随场强递增,在4.2 K、16 T场强下温度误差达到了11.13 K.铑铁温度计不推荐应用在77 K以下4 T以上的磁场环境.
