钢丝绳低温热膨胀系数试验方法研究

         

摘要

A kind of test method of thermal expansion coefficient of wire rope at low temperature was introduced . In order to simulate the using condition of wire rope in the test equipment, the pre-tightening force was exerted with weights and wire rope connection was made by the low thermal expansion coefficient materials. The constant temperature interval was designed. The calibration was carried out by non-oxygenic copper standard sample. After correction measurements and standard sample data comparison, the maximum deviation is less than 5% . In -100 ℃ to +25℃, the thermal expansion tests of the three kinds of different diameter of wire rope under four different pre-tightening force were done. The tests data were analysed and compared. The diameter of wire rope and pre-tightening force to influence coefficient of thermal expansion and other test data influence factors were discussed. The thermal expansion coefficients of wire rope at low temperature with temperature change rule curve were given.%介绍了一种钢丝绳低温热膨胀系数试验方法.针对钢丝绳使用条件下的模拟熟膨胀试验,采用低热膨胀系数材料制成部件与钢丝绳连接,用砝码对钢丝绳施加预紧力,设置恒温区间,研制了一台低温热膨胀系数测量设备.采用无氧铜标准试样进行了标定和校准,经过修正的测量数据与标准试样数据比较,偏差小于5%.在- 100-+ 25℃温区内,对3种不同直径的钢丝绳进行了4种预紧力下的热膨胀试验.对测试数据进行了分析、比对,讨论了直径和预紧力对热膨胀系数的影响,讨论了测试数据影响因素,给出了钢丝绳低温热膨胀系数随温度的变化规律曲线.
