为研究各种流量工况下冷氦增压系统中换热器的换热性能和压力损失,开展了冷氦增压系统搭载发动机试验和数值仿真研究,研究结果表明通过换热器的冷氦气体流量增大,换热器的出口温度降低且对换热器压力损失增加,数值仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,换热器性能试验研究为提升冷氦增压系统工作性能打下基础.%In order to study the performance and pressure drop of heat exchanger in the cryogenic helium pressurization system,experiments with different pressurization mass flowrate were conducted with the rocket engine fire test,the numerical simulation efforts were performed.The results displayed that as the increment of cold helium mass flowrate,the cold helium temperature of heat changer outlet decreased while the pressure drop increased.The simulation results coincided well with the experiment.These experiments were the element effort to improve the cryogenic helium pressurization system performance.
