氦气液化及回收装置的系统运行经济性分析

     

摘要

For example National Institute of Metrology P. R. China helium liquefaction plant, the characteristics of the plant' s liquid nitrogen, the operation of the plant performance testing methods and helium recovery plant were described. By analyzing the operating data of the plant with liquid nitrogen and without liquid nitrogen in the winter and in summer. This paper compared and calculated the energy efficiency and economy of the plant. Considering the factors of energy and economy, it shows that with liquid nitrogen condition is more energy -efficient and economic benefits operating conditions, the operation of with liquid nitrogen condition should be considered as a priority in the daily; Helium recovery plant not only saves the strategic resource, and it has the tremendous economic benefits.%以中国计量科学研究院氦气液化及回收系统为例,介绍了该系统的液氮预冷特点和运行性能测试方法及氦气回收装置,并通过分析该系统的有液氮预冷和无液氮预冷两种工况的冬夏两季运行数据,对该系统节能和经济性进行计算及比较.综合考虑节能和经济两方面因素,得出结论:有液氮预冷的运行工况节能效果显著,经济效益更佳,在日常的运行中应以此工况为优先考虑;氦气回收装置不仅节约战略资源,且经济效益巨大.
