手动全自动制冷压缩机综合性能试验装置的研制

             

摘要

On the basis of local situation,the experimental device under development adopted field bus technology,field display method of distributed intelligent instrument and centralized-distributed PID control method.It was convenient to switch between the manual and the automatic control method,which could meet both the theoretical experiment instruction for undergraduates and the innovative tests of professors and graduate students.The PLC programmable controller was introduced to control electrical equipments,and provide the protection of power on & off and consecutive operation,etc.The PLC programmable controller enhance the safety and stability of the experimental device.The result shows that,the repeat accuracy is less than 2% and the main and auxiliary deviation is less than 3%,which conforms to the relevant national standard,and achieves prospective goals.%文中介绍所研制的制冷压缩机性能试验装置,采用现场总线技术、分散式智能仪表现场显示和集散式PID测控方法,实现手动、全自动两种控制方式的切换,来分别满足本科生的理论实验教学和教师研究生的科研创新试验.PLC可编程控制器控制各种电动设备,进行开、关机、运行连锁等各种保护,提高了试验装置工作的安全性和稳定性.试验结果表明,该试验装置的重复精度小于2%,主辅偏差小于3%,符合国家标准的有关要求,达到了预期的设计目标.
