基于单螺线管的超导储能磁体阶梯结构设计优化

         

摘要

高温超导带材各向异性严重制约了磁体临界电流密度的提高,从而使其储能也受到影响.主要通过有限元分析软件对磁体建模仿真,在磁体带材用量不变的前提下,首先以单螺线管型磁体为前提,研究不同径高比对磁体储能的影响,并获取储能最高时的最佳径高比.在此基础上,通过结构优化,建立二阶梯结构的磁体使储能进一步提高,并获得此时储能最大时磁体结构所满足的条件——即满足θ约等于40°时.最后,通过由单一带材到混合带材的使用进一步提高储能.仿真结果表明,通过上述的结构和带材的优化,磁体的储能效率明显提高约61%.%Superconducting magnetic energy storage system is attracting more and more attention.However,due to the anisotropy of high temperature superconducting strip,the critical current density of magnet is seriously restricted,and its energy-storage is also affected.In order to make the magnetic energy-storage be able to be further improved,we tried to optimize the structure and the method of mixing the strip,hoping to change the magnetic field distribution of the magnet to achieve the purpose of improving energy-storage.To realize this process,the finite element analysis software was used to simulate the magnet.Under the premise that the amount of the magnet strip was constant,the first single solenoid type magnet was used as the premise,we studied the effect of different diameter-height ratios on magnet energy storage.On this basis,through the structural optimization,the establishment of two-step structure of the magnet to further improve the energy storage,and at this time to obtain the maximum storage capacity of the magnet structure to meet the conditions,that is,θ is equal to 40 °.Finally,the use of single strip to mixed strip further improved energy storage.The simulation results show that the energy storage efficiency of the magnet is improved by about 61% based on the above the optimization of structure and strip.
