地方社会信用体系建设现状与路径选择--以吉林省为例

摘要

社会信用体系是以信用为基础进行社会资源配置的创新性制度安排。目前，如何有效开展地方社会信用体系建设工作尚缺乏有效模式。为此，在对吉林省各部门社会信用体系建设工作情况全面调研的基础上，分析其面临的难点与问题，并对有效开展地方社会信用体系建设的路径进行了设计与探索。%The social credit system is an innovative arrangement for social resources allocation based on credit. However, there is no effective pattern to follow for local social credit system construction. Based on a comprehensive survey for the social credit system construction from different departments in Jilin Province, the paper analyzes the confronted problems and challenges, designs and probes into the effective ways to the local social credit system construction.
