征信监管手段创新的思考--基于依法行政的视角

Taking Hebei Province as an example, the paper tries to explore the specific practices about the regula-tion of credit reference industry and the problems encountered from the perspective of administration according to laws, and presents the proposals such as improving relevant provisions of credit reference, establishing off-site sur-veillance and on-site supervision frames, constructing the guidance of credit reference supervision and inspection, and establishing responsible mechanism for accountability.%以河北省为例，从依法行政的角度研究征信业监管的具体做法及面临问题，建议完善征信相关实施细则，建立非现场监测与现场监管框架体系，构建征信监督检查指引，建立责任追究机制，进一步加强征信监管。
