基于微观基础、市场竞争、制度建设的利率市场化推进战略研究

摘要

随着我国利率市场化改革步伐的不断加快，各种制约利率市场化改革的因素也陆续“浮出水面”，而且越是到改革的后期，这些“硬骨头”就越是难“啃”。要有效解决这些问题，应对微观基础、市场竞争、制度建设三个方面进行有机结合、整体推进。%With the acceleration of market-oriented interest rate reform in China, various factors restricting the re-form of interest rate liberalization also emerged; and the "bones"will grow more difficultly "to bite"when they are dealt with in the end of the reform period.In order to solve these problems effectively, it’s necessary to accomplish an overall advancement by combining micro foundation, market competition, and institution building.
