自闭症儿童App的情感化设计--以公益App《触》为例1

摘要

This paper analyzed and compared design methods of global Autism App, and it combined emotional design theory by Donald Norman,which is represented the projects “Touch” in harmony with visceral design, behavior design and relfective design. The article explains how three levels of emotional design methods can make users generate positive emotions in physiology, psychology and ideology. Author summarizes experience and guideline in emotional design from case design and also provides design ideas,concepts and visual implement reference for nonproift Autism App.%本文分析比较全球多款自闭症App的设计方法，并结合唐纳德·诺曼的情感设计理论，将本能设计、行为设计与反思设计与案例《触》App结合，说明三种层次情感设计方法如何给用户带来生理、心理和思想上的正面情绪。笔者通过归纳案例设计中的情感设计的经验与准则，为自闭症App项目提供设计思路、设计理念与视觉执行参考。
