本文围绕“开放式”导师团队的背景和依据、概念和构建展开了论述,得出“交叉导向”、“角色导向”、“业绩导向”、“项目导向”四大构建策略,并以江南大学设计学院专业学位研究生培养体系中的导师团队制为例,介绍了实际运作的机制及成效。%This paper discusses the background, basis, concept and construction of ‘open’ supervisors’ team, raising four strategies for its construction: ‘crossover-oriented’, ‘role-oriented’, ‘performance-oriented’ and ‘project-oriented’ supervisors’ teams. It exempliifes the actual operation mechanism and achievements of ‘open’ supervisors’ team with the supervisors’ team in the professional degree postgraduate educational system of School of Design, Jiangnan University.
