棉秸秆上3个白腐真菌菌系的产酶能力比较

             

摘要

采用PDA—RB亮蓝平板和PDA—Bavendamm平板对从腐烂棉花秸秆上获得的3个白腐真菌菌系进行显色试验,单菌系与组合菌系同时比较。结果表明:3个菌系都具有产木质素降解酶的能力,且对3种主要酶种锰过氧化物酶(MnP)、木质素过氧化物酶(LiP)和漆酶(Lac)的测定显示,3个菌系相互之间协同作用大于拮抗作用,其中糙皮侧耳菌Z1单菌系及其组合菌系产酶能力均较强。%Colorful reactions of 3 white rot fungus strains in cotton rot straw were studied through PDA - RB blue plate and PDA - Bavendamm plate separately, and single strain and combined fungus strains were compared at the same time. It was proved that 3 white rot fungus strain could all produce lignin - degrading enzymes, among them pleurotus ostreatus Z1 and its combined fungus strains had more stronger ablity of production enzymes. Synergistic effect was stronger than antagonistic effect among 3 white rot fungus strains through tests of 3 main enzymes of Manganese peroxidase (MnP), Lignin peroxidase (LIP) and Laccase (Lac)
